These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern how guests may access and enjoy Ligetoria as a welcoming, land-based neighborhood bistro, bar, and offline poker lounge in Hungary. They are designed to protect the comfort, safety, and experience of everyone who steps through our doors.
Venue Terms for Our Physical Bistro & Poker Lounge
By visiting Ligetoria in person, enjoying a meal at the bistro, sharing drinks at the bar, or participating in our offline poker lounge, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing the use of Ligetoria’s physical premises, services, and offerings as a land-based bistro, bar, and offline poker lounge in Hungary. All references to "Ligetoria," "we," "our," or "us" relate exclusively to our real-world, on-site establishment and not to any online gambling or digital casino services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By entering or utilizing services at Ligetoria, including dining in the bistro, ordering at the bar, or joining our offline poker lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enter or remain on the premises, nor participate in any activities offered at the venue.

3. Eligibility
Access to the bistro and poker lounge is restricted to individuals who meet the Hungarian legal requirements for public establishments. Guests must comply with any applicable age and conduct regulations in force within Hungary. Visitors to the poker room are required to present valid, government-issued identification upon request to verify age and eligibility. Management reserves the right to deny entry or continued access if eligibility cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction.

4. Venue Conduct Standards
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times while on the premises. This includes treating fellow guests and staff with courtesy, refraining from disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe actions, and following all reasonable instructions issued by Ligetoria’s team members. You agree to comply with all venue rules established for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all patrons. We reserve the right to remove or bar any guest whose conduct, in our reasonable judgment, negatively impacts others or violates these standards.

5. Responsible Alcohol Policy
Ligetoria is committed to responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with Hungarian law and local regulations. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or entry to any guest who appears intoxicated, engages in unsafe behavior, or otherwise violates local rules regarding alcohol consumption. We may also limit the number or type of beverages served to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

6. Poker Room Participation
Participation in offline poker games at Ligetoria is conducted exclusively within our on-site poker room and card lounge. All games are strictly non-digital and take place in person at the physical tables provided. Chips and similar instruments used during play are for in-venue gaming purposes only and hold no cash value outside venue play. They may not be redeemed, traded, or used as financial instruments beyond the context of games organized by Ligetoria within our premises.

8. Booking and Reservations
Reservations for dining, group gatherings, or poker events can be made on-site at the venue or through our official contact channels listed on the Contact Us page. All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and are not considered final until confirmed by Ligetoria. We reserve the right to modify seating arrangements, timing, or booking details at management’s discretion, including in response to operational needs, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. Where practical, we will communicate any significant adjustments directly to the affected guests.

9. Personal Belongings and Liability
Guests are solely responsible for their personal items, including bags, coats, wallets, phones, and other belongings brought onto the premises. Ligetoria does not accept liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal property, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. We encourage guests to keep valuables with them or use any designated storage facilities only where expressly provided and subject to any related terms.
